Board Residual Management Rights. The exercise of the foregoing powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities by the Board, the adoption of policies, rules, regulations and practices in the furtherance therewith shall be limited only by the specific and express terms of this Agreement and then only to the extent such specific and express terms hereof are in conformance with the Constitution and laws of the State of Michigan, and the Constitution and laws of the United States. The Association recognizes and agrees that, except as specifically limited or abrogated by the terms and provisions of this Agreement, all rights to manage the operations of the school district and to direct and supervise all employees employed thereby is solely and exclusively vested in the Board and the administration.
