Common use of Board Size Clause in Contracts

Board Size. The Council has established a Board of Directors, which shall consist of up to seven (7) natural persons who shall have the right to vote on a per capita basis (each such person, a “Voting Director”) and one natural person who shall serve on the Board in a non-voting governance capacity as chairperson (the “Chair”, and together with the Voting Directors, the “Board Members”).
