BOARD SOLICITATION OF TEACHER INPUT. When the Board is considering changes or additions to school curriculum, the construction of new physical facilities, or the purchase of new instructional equipment, the ideas and opinions of teachers, particularly those most directly affected by possible Board action, shall be solicited and carefully considered before final action is taken. However, final authority rests with the local Board of Education.
