Boards of Other Group Companies. At the request of any Key Investor, the number of directors on the board of any Group Company (other than the Company) shall be constituted in the same manner as the Board, and the provisions in this Article 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the board of directors of each Group Company. Each Group Company and each Founder shall take all steps required to give effect to the first sentence of this Section 2.7.
