BOAT OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES. (a) All sailboats and motorboats must be properly and currently registered in the state of Utah with bow numbers and stickers properly displayed before utilizing any state marina. Each year, upon registration, Boat Owner agrees to give the Park Manager a copy of the boat’s current registration certificate or documentation and current proof of liability insurance as required by Utah Code Annotated 31A-22-1503 prior to possession of the slip.
