Common use of Body Damage Clause in Contracts

Body Damage. The contractor is responsible for repairing all vehicle body damage in a timely manner. Should the vehicle need extensive body repairs, the contractor shall provide the city with a timeline for the repairs, the Contractor shall provide the city with a timeline for the repairs to be completed. Normal body damage must be repaired within 72 hours of occurrence.
