Common use of Boiler, HVAC and Evaporative Cooler Insurance Clause in Contracts

Boiler, HVAC and Evaporative Cooler Insurance. If required by Landlord, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall procure and maintain in full force and effect for the Term, boiler and machinery insurance on all air-conditioning equipment, evaporative coolers, boilers, and other pressure vessels and systems, whether fired or unfired, located in the Premises. If said objects and the damage that may be caused by them or result from them are not covered by Tenant’s extended coverage insurance required pursuant to Section 16.01, then such boiler insurance shall be in an amount satisfactory to Landlord and equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the replacement value of such equipment.
