Bond Assignment upon Payment in Full. Upon payment by RUS to FFB of all amounts required to be paid by RUS to FFB under section 12.5.1 of this Agreement with respect to the Bond , FFB shall assign and transfer to RUS all rights held by FFB in that Bond.
