Bond Counsel Opinion. For purposes of this Article, “bond counsel opinion” means an opinion letter of a firm of attorneys of national reputation experienced in the field of municipal bonds whose opinions are generally accepted by purchasers of municipal bonds, and who is acceptable to the Authority.
