Bond Legislation Sample Clauses
Bond Legislation. All legislation (including, without limitation, the Regional Spaceport District Act) that authorizes the issuance and sale of Bonds, and any additional successor bond legislation that may be enacted with respect to future series of Bonds, or other document(s) with a similar purpose.
Bond Legislation. The Bond Legislation shall have been enacted into Law and remain in full force and effect without amendment or modification unacceptable to Seller.
