Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Fiscal Agent will keep or cause to be kept, at its Corporate Trust Office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds which books shall show the series number, date, amount, rate of interest and last known owner of each Bond and shall at all times be open to inspection by the District or the City during regular business hours upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, the ownership of the Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Bond Register. The Fiscal Agent will keep shall keep, or cause to be kept, at its Corporate Trust Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds Bond which books shall show the series series, number, datedate of issuance, amount, rate of interest and last known owner Owner of each the Bond and shall at all times be open to inspection by the District or the City during regular business hours upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, the ownership of the Bonds Bond as hereinbefore provided.

The Fiscal Agent will keep keep, or cause to be kept, at its Corporate Trust Office sufficient Principal Office, the Bond Register, which shall constitute the books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds which books Bonds, shall show the series number, date, maturity amount, rate of interest and last known owner registered Owner of each Bond Bond, and shall at all times be open to inspection by the District or the City during regular business hours on any Business Day, upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said booksthe Bond Register, the ownership of the Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Bond Register. The Fiscal Agent will keep or cause to be kept, at its Corporate Trust Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Reassessment Bonds which books shall show the series number, date, maturity amount, rate of interest and last known owner registered Owner of each Reassessment Bond and shall at all times be open to inspection by the District or the City Town during regular business hours on any Business Day, upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, the ownership of the Reassessment Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Bond Register. The Fiscal Agent will shall keep or cause to be kept, at its Corporate Trust Office Principal Office, sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds 2010 Bonds, which books shall show the series number, date, amount, rate of interest and last known owner of each Bond and shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by the District or Agency and the City during regular business hours upon reasonable prior notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, the ownership of the 2010 Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
