Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept at its Trust Office sufficient records for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which shall be the Bond Register and shall at all times during regular business hours be open to inspection by the Authority upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said records, Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Bond Register. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept kept, at its Principal Corporate Trust Office Office, sufficient records books for the registration and of transfer of the Bonds, which shall be the Bond Register and shall at all reasonable times during regular normal business hours upon reasonable notice be open to inspection by the Authority upon reasonable noticeAuthority; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or the transfer or cause to be registered or transferredthe transfer, on said recordsbooks, of Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept kept, at its Trust Office office, sufficient records books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, Bonds and any Parity Bonds which shall be the Bond Register and shall at all times during regular business hours upon reasonable prior notice be open to inspection by the Authority upon reasonable notice; District during all regular business hours, and, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.9 below, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, transferred on said recordsBond Register, Bonds and any Parity Bonds as hereinbefore herein provided.

The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept at its Corporate Trust Office sufficient records books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which shall be the Bond Register and shall at all times be open to inspection during regular business hours be open to inspection by the Authority upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said recordssuch books, Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
