Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Issuer hereby appoints the Bondowner Representative as registrar and authenticating agent for the Bonds. The Bondowner Representative will keep or cause to be kept at its Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which shall at all reasonable times during regular business hours upon reasonable notice be open to inspection by the Issuer and the Borrower; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Bondowner Representative as registrar shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, transfer or cause to be transferred, on said books, Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
