Common use of Bond Trustee Fees and Professional Fees Clause in Contracts

Bond Trustee Fees and Professional Fees. The Company shall pay to the Bond Trustee and any Paying Agent, registrars, counsel, accountants, engineers and other Persons when due, all reasonable fees, charges and expenses of such Persons for services rendered under the Bond Indenture and under any of the Transaction Documents and expenses incurred in the performance of such services under the Bond Indenture and any of the Transaction Documents for which such Persons are entitled to payment or reimbursement.
