Bondholders Lists and Reports by the Company and the Trustee. SECTION 50. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee between June 15 and June 30 and between December 15 and December 31 in each year beginning with the period between December 15 and December 31 in the year 1940, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require containing all the information in the possession or control of the Company or of its paying agents, as to the names and addresses of the holders of bonds obtained since the date as of which the next previous list, if any, was furnished. Any such list may be dated as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished or caused to be furnished, and need not include information received after such date.

The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish fur- nish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee between June November 15 and December 1, 1946 and between May 15 and June 30 1 and between December November 15 and December 31 1 in each year year, beginning with the period between December 15 and December 31 in the year 19401947, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after the receipt by the Company of such re- quest, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require containing all the information in the possession or control of the Company or of any of its paying agentsagents (other than the Trustee), as to the names and addresses of the holders of bonds obtained since the date as of which the next previous list, if any, was furnished. Any such list may be dated as of a date not more than fifteen thirty (30) days prior to the time such information is furnished or caused to be furnished, furnished and need not include information informa- tion received after such date.
