Bonding of Other Entity. In the event that any Contractor covered by this Agreement changes the legal entity of his business without notifying the Union and posting a new bond, the posted bond of the Contractor shall be liable for assessment for the delinquencies of the new legal entity for failure to make the payments enumerated in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of this Article.
