Common use of Bondowner Representative Inspections Clause in Contracts

Bondowner Representative Inspections. Bondowner Representative shall have determined, based upon such inspections and examinations of the progress of rehabilitation of the Project as Bondowner Representative shall elect in its sole judgment to conduct from time to time, that rehabilitation of the Project is proceeding in substantial conformity with the Plans and Specifications, as modified by change orders with respect to which Xxxxxxxx has complied with Section 5.5. Borrower shall have paid all of the costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Bondowner Representative in any such inspection and examination.

Bondowner Representative Inspections. Bondowner Representative shall have determined, based upon such inspections and examinations of the progress of rehabilitation construction of the Project as Bondowner Representative shall elect in its sole judgment to conduct from time to time, that rehabilitation construction of the Project is proceeding in substantial conformity with the Plans and Specifications, as modified by change orders with respect to which Xxxxxxxx Borrower has complied with Section 5.5. Borrower shall have paid all of the costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Bondowner Representative in any such inspection and examination.

Borrower shall have paid all of the costs and expenses of Bondowner Representative reasonably incurred by Bondowner Representative in any such inspection and examination.
