Common use of Bonds Called in Part Clause in Contracts

Bonds Called in Part. If only a portion of any Bond of the Medium-Term Notes Series D shall be called for redemption pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof, upon payment of the portion so called for redemption, the Note Trustee shall make an appropriate notation upon the Bond of the principal amount so redeemed.
