Schedule 3.1(gg) sets forth a true and complete list of all bonds, letters of credit, guaranties and similar instruments issued by any Company, Seller or their Affiliates and required by contract or applicable Law to be posted or otherwise tendered in order to own/and or operate any of the Properties.
