BONDS OF THIS SERIES. SECTION 1. The bonds of this Series shall, as hereinbefore recited, be designated as the Company's "First Mortgage Bonds, % Series due ." The bonds of this Series which may be issued and outstanding shall not exceed $ ,000,000 in aggregate principal amount, exclusive of bonds of such series authenticated and delivered pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.12
