Bonds Provided by Subcontractors. Bonds provided by the Contractor’s sub- contractor shall identify the project and name as dual obligees the Contractor and the City and County of San Francisco. Upon written request by the City, in the event of any of Contractor’s subcontractors’ failure to perform, Contractor shall assign all rights under any Performance and Payment or Labor and Materials bond in favor of City. The bonds shall be on a City-approved form provided by the City to the Contractor. The Contractors shall submit the bonds to the Arts Commission for approval.
