Bone Mass Measurement. Benefits are available for scientifically proven Bone Mass Measurement tests for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis if You are: 1. An estrogen deficient woman at clinical risk of osteoporosis who is considering treatment; 2. An individual receiving long-term steroid therapy; or 3. An individual being monitored to assess the response to or efficiency of approved osteoporosis drug therapies. 4. Deductible and Coinsurance are applicable.
