Bonneville Requirements Completed; Notification of Projected Service Commencement Date. Upon Bonneville successfully completing its requirements pursuant to sections 5(b)(1) 5(c)(1), and 5(d5(d)(2), and no later than the deadlines specified in or agreed to pursuant to section 5(e): (i) 5(e)(1), Bonneville shall notify the Customer,, Bonneville and the Customer shall conform the Customer’s TSR, after which Bonneville shall sign the Service Agreement. Such notice shall include a reasonable estimate of the Service Commencement Date, which will be after Bonneville completes construction activities required for the Expansion Facilities.
