Common use of BONUS AND INCENTIVE Clause in Contracts

BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be in the sole discretion of the Board. Except as otherwise provided in Article 6, the Company shall have the right in accordance with the terms of any bonus or incentive plan to alter, amend or eliminate all or any part of such plan, or the Executive's participation therein, without compensation to the Executive.
