BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be at the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. The Compensation Committee shall have the right, to alter, amend or eliminate any bonus or incentive plans, or Executive's participation therein, without compensation to Executive.
