Bonus for Year of Termination. Executive will be paid a pro-rata portion of the Target Bonus in effect on the Date of Termination, determined by multiplying the amount of the Target Bonus by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days from January 1 of the year during which the Date of Termination occurs to the Date of Termination and the denominator of which is three hundred and sixty-five (365). The pro-rated bonus shall be paid in a lump sum within sixty (60) days following the Date of Termination.
