Bonus or other Profit. related Schemes There are contained in the Data Room the rules and other documentation relating to all share incentive, share option, profit sharing, bonus or other incentive arrangements for or affecting any Employees or other workers or former employees or other former workers of the Group Companies or the Seller since 31 December 2003 together with details of all awards allocated and options granted by each Group Company.
