Common use of Bonus Payment Clause in Contracts

Bonus Payment. A cash payment in an amount equal to either 50% of the established annual target bonus or the average of the actual bonus paid in each of the two prior years, whichever is greater.

Bonus Payment. A cash payment in an amount equal to either either: a) 50% of the established annual target bonus or b) the average of the actual bonus bonuses paid in each of the two prior years, whichever is greater.
