Booking of Sales; Distribution. As between the Parties, Adapt shall invoice and book sales, establish all terms of sale (including pricing and discounts) and warehousing, and distribute the Products and perform or cause to be performed all related services. As between the Parties, Adapt shall handle all returns, recalls, or withdrawals, order processing, invoicing, collection, distribution, and inventory management with respect to the Products.
