Common use of Books and Records; Access Clause in Contracts

Books and Records; Access. Each Borrower Party upon reasonable notice to such Borrower Party and at reasonable intervals will give one joint representative of Administrative Agent and Lenders (and upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, representatives of Administrative Agent and all Lenders), access during all business hours to, and permit representatives to examine, copy, or make excerpts from, any and all books, records, and documents in the possession of such Borrower Party and relating to its affairs, and to inspect any of the properties of such Borrower Party. All costs of any such inspection shall be paid by the inspecting party unless an Event of Default exists at the time of such inspection, subject to compliance with Section 13.18.
