Books and Records Concerning the Property. LRC must keep books and records that are accurate and complete in all material respects for the Property and, subject to Paragraph 19, must permit all such books and records (including all contracts, statements, invoices, bills and claims for labor, materials and services supplied for the construction and operation of any Improvements) to be inspected and copied by BNPPLC during reasonable business hours.
