BOOKS AND RETENTION. Developer shall keep and maintain or cause to be kept and maintained under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records sufficient to allow the GLO, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and/or their authorized representatives to determine Developer’s compliance with this Contract and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
