Common use of Books of account and documentation Clause in Contracts

Books of account and documentation. The participating institutions shall maintain, in accordance with the accounting practices set forth in the agreement, proper books of account and appropriate documentation, such as invoices and time cards, to support and justify the costs reported. These shall be made available for audit by the Center and the financing parties during the period of the project and for a period of two years following completion, cessation, or termination of the project.
