Common use of Books of Account and Reserves Clause in Contracts

Books of Account and Reserves. The Company will keep books of ----------------------------- record and account in which full, true and correct entries are made of all of its and their respective dealings, business and affairs, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Company will employ certified public accountants selected by the Board of Directors of the Company and have annual reviews made by such independent public accountants in the course of which such accountants shall make such review quality examinations, in accordance with the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
