Common use of Books of Registry Clause in Contracts

Books of Registry. The Registrar and Paying Agent shall keep or cause to be kept at its principal office books (herein referred to as the "books of registry" or "registration books") for the registration and transfer of the Bonds. Upon presentation at its principal office for such purpose the Registrar and Paying Agent, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, shall register or transfer, or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books of registry, the Bonds as hereinafter set forth. The books of registry shall at all times during business hours be open for inspection by the Authority, the Company and the Trustee or their duly authorized agents or representatives.
