Books, Records and Accounts. Franchisee will maintain and preserve complete and accurate books, records and accounts for the Hotel in accordance with the Uniform System and United States generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, Applicable Law and the Standards. Franchisee will preserve these books, records and accounts for at least 5 years from the dates of their preparation.
