Common use of Books & Records Clause in Contracts

Books & Records. The Corporation and the County will permit, during normal business hours and from time to time, upon reasonable prior notice, the Bank or any of its agents or representatives to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of the Corporation and the County, respectively (except records and books of accounts the examination of which by the Bank is prohibited by law), and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Corporation and the County with any representative or any other appropriate officer of the Corporation and the County or the Corporation’s or the County’s independent public accountants. Without limiting the foregoing, upon reasonable prior notice the Corporation shall permit the Bank to visit and inspect any of the Property during regular business hours as often as the Bank may reasonably request.
