BOR Retained Responsibilities. 5.1.4.1 To preserve and maintain the educational experience of students at the Institutions, the BOR retains the right to provide, and shall remain responsible for the provision of, certain services for Residents as described in the Project Operating Agreement for the period of time as provided in the Project Operating Agreement. 5.1.4.2 In the event that the BOR elects to change the level or nature of the responsibilities retained by the BOR over the course of the Term, the BOR and the Concessionaire will review the Base Rent Percentage and agree upon any adjustments necessary to reflect the change in the relative responsibilities of the BOR and Concessionaire as they relate to such retained responsibilities.
