Border Zone Property. The Property has not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et seq. and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property that could cause the Property or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.
Border Zone Property. Borrower represents and warrants that the Property has not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code §25220 et seq. or any regulation adopted in accordance therewith and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property that is reasonably likely to cause the Property or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.
Border Zone Property. There has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property that could cause the Property or any part thereof to become contaminated through the migration of Hazardous Materials onto, above or under the Property.

To Grantor’s actual knowledge and except as disclosed in the Environmental Report, Grantor represents and warrants that the Premises have not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et seq. or any regulation adopted in accordance therewith, and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining the Premises that is reasonably likely to cause the Premises or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.

Except as may be disclosed in the Environmental Reports, (i) neither of the Properties located in the State of California (“CA Properties”) have been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et seq. and (ii) to Indemnitor's knowledge, there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of either of the CA Properties that could cause either of the California Properties or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.

To Trustor’s actual knowledge and except as disclosed in the Environmental Report, Trustor represents and warrants that the Premises have not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et seq. or any regulation adopted in accordance therewith, and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining the Property that is reasonably likely to cause the Property or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.

The Grantor represents and warrants that the Trust Premises has not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Section 25220 et. seq. or any regulation adopted in accordance therewith, and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Trust Premises that is reasonably likely to cause the Trust Premises or any part thereof to be designated as Border Zone Property.
Border Zone Property. The SF Property has not been designated as Border Zone Property under the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et seq.

To the best of Grantor’s knowledge, the Collateral has not been designated as “border zone property” under the provisions of California Healthy and Safety Code, Sections 25220 et. seq. (“Border Zone Property”) and there has been no occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Collateral that could cause the Collateral to be designated as Border Zone Property.
