California Properties definition

California Properties means (i) the Real Property Assets owned by the Company and any of its Subsidiaries and located in California, which Real Property Assets are identified on Schedule 5.19; and (ii) all personal property assets owned by the Company and any of its Subsidiaries and related to such Real Property Assets.
California Properties shall collectively mean all of the Real Properties located in the State of California.
California Properties shall have the meaning specified in Section --------------------- 3.15(a).
