Common use of Borrower and Lender Representatives Clause in Contracts

Borrower and Lender Representatives. Whenever under the provisions hereof any action may be taken by the Borrower or the Lender, unless otherwise specifically provided, such action may be taken for the Borrower by the Director and for the Lender by any Authorized Officer; provided that each party hereunder may authorize one or more additional persons to take action hereunder by written notice to the other party signed by the person designated above in this Section 8.03.
