Common use of Borrower Compliance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Borrower Compliance Certificate. Together with each delivery of financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to subsections 4.6(A) and 4.6(B) above, Borrower will deliver a fully and properly completed Compliance Certificate (in substantially the same form as Exhibit 4.6(C)) signed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.

Borrower Compliance Certificate. Together with each delivery of financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to subsections Subsections 4.6(A) and 4.6(B) above), Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered a fully and properly completed Compliance Certificate (compliance certificate in substantially the same form as Exhibit 4.6(C)) (each, a “Compliance Certificate”) signed by a Responsible Officer the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of Borrower.
