Borrower Contributions Clause Samples
Borrower Contributions. On the Closing Date, (a) the Contributed Company Capital of the Borrower shall equal or exceed 20% of the Equity Capital Commitments (which shall include at least $12,000,000 actually contributed directly or indirectly by TCO, Babson and their respective Affiliates), and (b) Equity Capital Commitments shall be in place with respect to at least $700,000,000, which shall include the amount actually contributed as contemplated above in this sentence on the Closing Date and $60,000,000 of which shall be from TCO, Babson and their respective Affiliates directly or indirectly (including the $12,000,000 actually contributed as contemplated above in this sentence on the Closing Date).
Borrower Contributions. All Borrower contributions must be made with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s own funds unless the Closing Instructions expressl y allow and identify the source and amount of third party funds that may be accepted.
