Borrower Information Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit K (“Borrower Information Certificate”), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by each Credit Party that sets forth information required by the PATRIOT Act including, without limitation, the identity of each Credit Party, the name and address of each Credit Party and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify each Credit Party in accordance with the PATRIOT Act.
