Common use of Borrower Liability Clause in Contracts

Borrower Liability. Each Borrower may, acting singly, request credit extensions hereunder. Each Borrower hereby appoints the other as agent for the other for all purposes hereunder, including with respect to requesting credit extensions hereunder.
