BORROWER MAY ACT THROUGH AGENTS. In connection with any and all actions permitted or required to be taken by the Borrower in connection with the provisions hereof, including without limitation those set forth in Section 2.03 hereof, the Borrower may by written instrument filed with the Trustee appoint one or more agents (which may be the Remarketing Agent) to take such actions on its behalf, which appointment may be revoked at any time by the Borrower by written instrument filed with the Trustee.
