Borrower Not a Party. Except as expressly otherwise provided herein, the provisions of this Article 8 are solely among and for the benefit of Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and except as expressly otherwise provided herein, in no event shall Borrower be considered a party thereto or a beneficiary thereof or have any additional obligations arising solely out of the provisions contained in this Article 8.
