Borrower Remains Obligated. No sale or other disposition of all or any part of the Collateral pursuant to the Security Documents shall be deemed to relieve the Borrower of its obligations under any Credit Document to which it is a party except to the extent the proceeds thereof are applied to the payment of the Secured Obligations.
