Borrower Requested Assignments. Each assignment made as a result of a demand by Borrower under Section 13.13 shall be arranged by Borrower after consultation with Administrative Agent and shall be either an assignment of all of the rights and obligations of the assigning Lender under this Credit Agreement or an assignment of a portion of such rights and obligations made concurrently with another assignment or assignments that together constitute an assignment of all of the rights and obligations of the assigning Lender.
