Common use of Borrower Required to Complete Project Clause in Contracts

Borrower Required to Complete Project. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.5 hereof, if the Loan Proceeds are not sufficient to pay in full the cost of the Project, the Borrower will complete the Project at its own expense and shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from the Department or the Fund or to any abatement, diminution or postponement of the Borrower’s repayments under this Agreement.
