Common use of Borrower undertakings and representations Clause in Contracts

Borrower undertakings and representations. (a) The Borrower makes the representations and warranties set out in Schedule G (Representations and Warranties) to the Bank on the date of this Contract in respect of itself and, where applicable, the other Obligors.
